My Move’n’Groove classes are designed for those that hate fitness classes and can’t dance! Its an easy way to lose weight, meet new friends and have fun.
I teach you two or three easy steps then you just Move’n’Groove around the dance floor how you want, at the speed you want, using the style you want.
No complex routines, fantastic mix of music, make it as hard or easy as you want. Examples of music used, some Salsa, some Tribal, some Indian, some belly dance, rock and pop.
All sessions last an hour. Moderate levels of fitness needed ages 18 – 70’s
